Signature Salmon

Last night called for a relaxing evening by the grill. The smell of the Cedar plank carried in the air and dinner was cooked to perfection thanks to our Signature Rub. The Salmon turned out moist, and flavorful. We finished this dish with our favorite Coleslaw mix, Sweet Potato Fries and a Spicy Remoulade Dipping Sauce made with our Texas Sauce. The recipe is as follows...


  • 1 Filet Fresh Sockeye Salmon
  • Olive Oil
  • Signature Rub
  • Cedar Plank

Directions: Coat Salmon in Olive Oil; rub generously with Signature Rub; Plank and Grill - We grilled the salmon at 425 for approximately 15 on the plank the during the entire cook. Adjust the temp and time for your desired doneness. 

Remoulade Recipe:

  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Texas Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chipotle Pepper
